Junior linebacker Dillon Keefe helped lead the Panthers to victory over No. 10 Whitworth University in their home opener Saturday night. The Orange, Calif. native was a dominant force all over the field, breaking up four passes downfield as he tracked receivers. The captain was a nuisance for the Pirate’s quarterback, forcing a couple of incomplete passes in two quarterback hurries. 

Keefe totalled six tackles, four solo and two assisted for a loss of 5 yards. He also tallied half a sack for a loss of two yards in the effort.
