*Teams must be registered on Athleague and have LIABILITY FORMS and TEAM ROSTER SHEETS turned in to Dave Bishop (dbishop@chapman.edu) by registration deadlines listed above.

*Free agents will be placed on a team and need to just turn in a LIABILITY FORM. Teams, please turn in all forms together.

*Liability forms just need to be filled out once per school year so if you fill one out in the fall for intramurals or open gym, you will not need to fill one out in the spring. When completing forms, please write legibly.

*Turn in completed forms to ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT OFFICES WHICH ARE LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE LASTINGER ATHLETICS COMPLEX. You can place forms in the Intramurals Bin on the front desk or leave in Coach Bishop's mailbox.

*Registration for intramurals is on a first-come, first-serve basis since space is limited. Teams who do not turn in completed forms by deadline will not be entered into the league. We will NOT accept walkup teams on the first night to register.

#Intramurals are open to men's teams, women's teams and coed teams that are comprised of current Chapman students, faculty, staff, graduate or law school students. Recent graduates and employees are not eligible to participate.
